Our Dollarama was doing that. On November 1st they had a whole aisle (sp?) of Christmas stuff out. more and more people have their lights on too. With the selection now of all the different blow up stuff (and I'm not referring to dolls!), light displays etc I guess people want their places to be noticed. Although a blow up doll on your front yard would definitely get noticed!!

Do you know where that word was found? I haven't REALLY been searching the boards for words but considering how many more points the leaders have compared to the rest of us, I'm assuming they've been posted. I e-mailed P&P over the weekend asking them to verify that the words have been posted but I haven't received a reply. Surprisingly when I sent them the same e-mail in September, they DID reply.
just an fyi - TORTELLINI is from the MomsMenu - Time to Eat newsletter

Ok thatnks for all the words.
I was just want to say that I personally know a he/she. Was a friend of the EX, he hasn't talked to him/her since. It was funny cause the guy came out to me first. It was when the EX and I were just splitting up and I was having a good laugh over it when this friend was trying to explain to the EX why he and his wife were spitting up. The EX asked if it had anything to do with another woman and well the answer was yes. LOL He was so tick off at me cause I didn't fill him in before hand. I jsut looked at him and said "why would I?" We had split by then but I haven't moved into my new house yet.
Oh and this person is in the Forces and they paid for the operation!

ok, here's the Nuts & Bolts recipe. It makes a lot, it's very salty, very addictive and VERY fattening. Use caution when making this snack!
4 C cheerios cereal
6 C crispix cereal and/or shreddies cereal
4 C pretzels (I break them in half)
1 C mixed nuts
2 C toasted corn
2 C plain goldfish crackers
1/4 C oil
1 TBSP seasoning salt
1 TBSP garlic powder
1 tsp celery salt
3/4 C soft butter
2 TBSP worchestershire sauce (I'm sure I spelled that wrong)
Mix cereals, nuts and pretzels in a large roasting pan. (the size you cook a turkey in)In a large microwaveable cup mix the spices and worchestershire sauce. Add the butter and melt in the micro for 20 seconds at a time until it is melted.
Stir in the oil. Pour 1/4 of it over the nuts & bolts and stir them up good. Before you pour more you have to stir up the liquid because the spices sink to the bottom and the oil goes to the top. Do it 3 more times and your mix should be evenly coated. Saturated is more like it.
Bake at 300 degrees for about 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. You will know its done when the pretzels are crunchy again and the crispix/shreddies are crisp.
As you can see there is a LOT of salt in this recipe so I've been cutting back on the seasonings and buying unsulted corn nuts and mixed nuts. I also use 'no name' cheerios 'cause no one can tell the difference. Over the last few years I've been adding more goldfish crackers and less shreddies because the shreddies absorb a LOT of the spices and it takes longer to cook the batch with them in.
That's about it!
