P&P is great at responding. In the past they have slowly corrected the problem
Sometimes they will create a "new" word in the invalid words place. They will email you that word. It may take a few weeks though

No wonder everything goes out of stock so fast, they are sending everyone 2 of what they order! You're not the first person to get 2 of what you ordered!
