Me 2 - not sure if it's just me but I'm noticing since the split of this thread that less words seem to be posted - almost as if everyone has given up. Anyone else notice or is it just a very slow week for words?

the thread has lost it's fun and friendly feel almost like people don't care anymore. I think that the words should pick back up after the 1st of the month

Alright I'm back

I'm adding a new feature that can be used to add words only... for this to succeed it will require that we all cooperate to add new words and remove invalid ones, etc.

I hope so, and yes it seems the thread has lost the fun and friendly feel, but words still seems pretty scarce and just not as many posting here or even at the chit chit thread.

New tip for searchers:

If the page has two of the same add, recheck it again at a later time, I just encountered this and there was two adds for the sweepstakes, I go back an hour later and the word is there. Word is already posted. Just wanted to share the tip.

Another tip re-search sites that you searhed in firefox with a different browser. Childfun words wouldnt load in firefox for me, but are loading in opera.

Morning all. I too worked a bit this weekend. Started cleaning out my stuff that ended up in the DD room when I was painting. Now it's all in my room again. LOL

Thew some stuff out, going to tackle the DS's room next. More of my stuff in there, and he want s to get to his toys.

Tonight I have to cut the grass though, it was just too hot on the weekend to work outside. I stayed inside in just a t-shirt all weekend. So nice to be able to do that, with no kids and no man around to bug me.

Friday night I took the lady across the street from me to a play, she bought dinner. I laught so hard that my sides were hurting Saturday morning. I can tell you that I needed to laugh. I feel mush better this week.

I love painting! My parents owned a paint store for 23 years! We sold Pratt & Lambert paint and my dad was painter. Both my parents were interior decorators too so I got to learn lots from them I worked in the store with mom and loved putting color schemes together and dressing up rooms! Am sure your room looks really nice now

Anytime you want to paint Tina you can come to my place. I still the the dinning room, living room, kitchen and the halls to do.

Since I am only me, I made a deal with the lady across the street, I pay tickets she pay dinner. Works out to bout the same price, I get to go out and so does she. When I can't make the play I give her and her hubby the tickets, but they have to cook me dinner at a later date. Sort of a win win.
