Kitty, I get most of my coupons from the Sunday newspaper. I don't have alot of online time, so I haven't really used any of the coupon sites. There are US freebie sites that list current coupons, so that might be another source for you. If you haven't decided on your "snowbird" location, check out Orange Beach, Alabama or Gulf Shores, Alabama. They are on the Gulf of Mexico, and many people go there to spend the winter. Both are lovely places!

Thanks for all the info, will have to remeber the Sunday papers for sure. Yes have been to Alabama a couple of times, when the kids were smaller but only kind of passed through, the Gulf side sounds interesting.

Kaela moist heat will help with sciatica pain, don't leave it on for over 20 mins though.

I came on for a bit last nite and gave some but LOL fell asleep at the computer around 1am and didn't wake up until 6am!!! OMG not doing that again, killed my neck and woke up freezing without a blanket
