Hi everyone hope you all had a great Easter! Had an ok time at the casino with dh. Think he enjoyed his birthday was a little put out they closed the first floor where the majority of his favorite games were they were recarpeting it. Was kind of hard to get a machine after that so ended up playing things he didn't want to. Tried to get him to go to the room and watch a pay per view movie with me, wanted to watch Push or Marley and Me, then go back down around 2am when it starts thinning out. Since he stays up playing half the night why not wait until you can get the games you like but nope wouldn't do it. I stayed with him until about 11:30 but was too tired to make it to the end of his birthday and was too annoying trying to get around on crutches. Figured people wouldn't be so darn pushy and rude seeing me on crutches but nope they kept running into me or shoving their way past everyone in a hurry I guess to spend more money. Dinner was pretty good. My friend and her husband came and had dinner at the casino buffet with us. They had it for half price for Easter which was nice was only $21 for both of us. Wanted to have crab legs but lol last time I was there I made such a mess with them that I decided I didn't want to deal with it plus there was precious little meat making me work like crazy for lil reward. Did take dh and bought him a new shirt for his birthday then lol bought me a new shirt and sandals. lmao said I made out better then he did but I also gave him some extra money to gamble on too. Kohls had a great sale got him a really nice short sleeve button up shirt really soft material, me a pretty pink babydoll shirt and some very cute sandals all for $63. The shoes were the most $27 marked down $20. My friend and her hubby had a blast with Mollie. They are so impressed with how smart she is and how many words she knows.
