So Rexall/Pharma Plus has a sale on today only, Dec 17 for the big Vaseline body lotion bottles, $3.49, so with the $2 off save.ca coupon, they are only $1.49. I was planning for this sale and picked up 4 today. It was on select types, my store only had the yellow and white bottles. I grabbed one of the green bottles (aloe) and it rang up as $5.99 so I switched it and got all yellow ones. Ended up paying $7.78 taxes in for 4 bottles not too shabby.

There was a limit of 2 per customer at my store, but it wasn't in the flyer I don't think and the cashier didn't seem to mind.

    Did you get any?

I didn't bring any coupons as it was unexpected I was to be shopping at Pharma Plus. But the family I was with picked up 4 anyway. Still a great deal, though.

does it smell like aloe?....clever to PM it and get the one you want. I was hoping the cocoa butter one would be included, but it wasn't in the picture so probably wouldn't let me, and they didn't have one on the shelf anyway.

Have you tried it out on your skin?
I wish Vaseline had sent out little samples, just to be on the safe side.

are you worried about using it on your skin?

That's what it's for, it's a body lotion. I've used vaseline body lotions for years and they are fine.

, I'm allergic or sensitive to many skin products.
I haven't been able to use Vaseline products for years because they give me hives and breathing difficulties.
So I just wondered if anyone has had any problems with the new Vaseline lotion that's for sale with the Save.ca coupon.

That's why I like getting samples from the companies before I buy their products.

maybe try it in the store and see what happens? They usually have testers available.

The problem for me (and many other people) is that so many skin lotions contain lanolin, petrolatum, dye, alcohol, perfume, aloe bitters and various chemicals which skin reacts to by breaking out in hives.

I haven't seen testers for lotion in my town, though I've seen them for perfume (gasp...wheeze...no thanks).
