How to get one? Can't you just go into your service provider and buy one? I know Bell has them advertised on their website; are they difficult to find or something?

They are impossible to find if your carrier is Rogers. A lot of store have Bell and Fido one but no Rogers.

Yes, rogers directed me to the Apple store they are out of stock..
