Okay Im a pissed off pregnant lady now! when I try and copy and paste the code, it keeps saying that its either incorrect or been used before! grrrrrrrrrr wonder how long it will take them to respond to my email.....

I am getting the same thing (apparently 3 months later). I emailed the company a couple days ago, but no response. What the hell?

try to enter manually letter by letter

they have two spots to enter the code:
gift card and gift certificate
you need to use GIFT CARD spot you will need to enter pin as well/
i redeem all the time , NP

Finally got a reply to my email. Apparently I was supposed to put a zero in front of the PIN. So now it works, yay!

Read the whole thread and now I'm hesitate to join this survey site. May search for other better ones.

I never had an issue with this survey site, they just take a long time to credit but the never ripped me off.

They have always paid...slowly a lot of the time but they do pay. Taking Paypal away without warning was low class & now I see Chapters is not there. Is this the end? They are definitely not "employee" friendly if you consider the people who complete the surveys that keep them is business employees? They do not want our input at all & when you raise concerns all you get is a canned response...they cannot take the time to address your concerns. A year ago even with the slow pay surveys they were an 8 out of 10...now I'd give them a 4 & dropping if I cannot cash out this $70+ maybe I should just get the Airmiles while I can & cut my losses @ 50%?

Just saw that Chapters is no longer on there. Dangit I knew I should have cashed out the other day! I've got like $70 sitting there waiting until they get paypal back because none of the other options really suit my life... chapters was the next best thing. Now there's definitely nothing there I want! They'd better bring paypal and Chapters back!

I've sent them another email but they will likely respond with some generic answer again that really has nothing to do with my concerns. Like you I have over $70 plus another $30 pending in surveys & the rewards they are offering right now are useless to me unless I settle for 1/2 value & take the Airmiles option. Two days & counting waiting on a response.

It comes in the form of a "free admission for one" coupon, from my experience.

I still redeem all my points for Chapters GC....and then I use those to buy GC as gifts for birthdays, Xmas, etc. I have an e-reader but I download all my ebooks from torrent sites.

They took the Chapters gift cards off the site now too. I wish I had of just cashed out for the Chapters cards now......I might end up with nothing the way this site is falling apart. No communication to any of the members who do the work for them!
