The customer support on Web Perspectives is basically zero. I don't even bother trying to contact them anymore after my first couple of tries. I don't worry about tracking exactly which surveys eventually credit and which don't, because there's nothing you can do about it! As long as most of them continue crediting, I'll continue doing surveys here.
It's part of the balance for this site: many surveys and high paying, but long delays in payments and no support. If you can live with that, it's a good survey site.
I've learned to simply accept it.

Web Perspectives just added amazon.ca to their list of rewards!!!!!! yaaay!
The only thing is it costs a little more $10 Amazon gift certificate = 1200 points(instead of the usual 1000)
But I love this site, I get points very quickly here! very happy with this site despite problems in the past.
I hope they continue to add more rewards.

I have found that I am getting tired of answering a ton of supplemental questions that are WAY MORE than just qualfying questions only then so many questions and 5 minutes in that I don't qualify for the survey, lol. Yah right, free data already taken. As well I am on my tablet more than desktop and most surveys I open are not compatible with mobile nor tablet.

Web Perspectives was my favorite survey site. Once you hit 1,000 points you can choose a reward. I always chose paypal which met I got $10 bucks. Recently after logging in I had seen I could claim my reward. You click that option to request payout.

Anyone else having issues with accessing survey's, I keep getting an error message "Sorry there is a problem processing your request, please try again later" even after copying and pasting the link...
I contacted them but they don't seem to know either so they just said it might be your ISP... -_-
