    Has anyone been able to claim a reward recently? I have been trying for several days for either an Amazon.ca or Airmiles and it just keeps bouncing back to the previous page.

    I redeemed late last week for an amazon card...no issues. Sometimes they run out, but usually in a day or 2 they are replenished

    Mellow1, I had the same issue. I emailed customer support and they told me my account was inactive and I needed to update my profile and try again. I did what exactly that and still didn't work. So I emailed her back and asked if she could just reactivate my account for me. The next day my account was deleted. I'm not happy

    Noticed mine all but disappeared. Now it says I have 5 points! 5 wtf.

    And I just completed one of their surveys and at the end of the survey what do I get:

    "Sorry, there is a problem processing your request. Please try again later.
    We apologise for the inconvenience caused, please try again later."

    I just checked and I guess they upgraded their website because it looks completely different now. I have 52 points when I had about 4600 yesterday, so it must be a glitch. Especially since the rewards are still the same level of redemption points, hopefully they fix it soon.
