ugh why are the chapters cards through the online site. I do not like that. Having to pay for shipping unless I buy $25 worth of stuff.

once you deposit your codes into your online account balance, you can then transfer any amount of them to a physical giftcard to use in-store. I do this all the time with my points & I've never had any trouble with it.

once deposited, click on "gift card transfer/deposit" under the account balance tab. you'll need a GC on hand (you can buy one in-store with only $5 on it) and then just follow the prompts to have them transferred. hope that helps.

that's a great idea to acquire the card in the first place. what's great is that the cards are reloadable so I've been using the same one for quite awhile. I keep it on hand, with just cents remaining, and I'm able to upload any amount on to it in any increment.

I've been having the same problem with mine! I finally emailed them tonight after getting the same message from 8 different surveys

Anyone having a hard time contact j.white? I am missing 400 points in my account that she said would be credited in 4 weeks and still nothing. She won't respond to any of my emails. Getting frustrated.
