Attacking other Members on SmartCanucks.ca is NOT Allowed

Recently there has been some negativity on SC. Members have also been attacking other members or their life style or their morals. This is not allowed on SC and will not be tolerated.

If you attack another member, if you make fun of a member, if you attack freebie posters or deal braggers, if you're sarcastic in a negative way, if you're rude, if you question their ethics or morality, if you lecture a member, or if you argue and cause trouble you will be banned period.

This thread is not for you to discuss my decision because it is final. If you want to be rude or negative leave SC and go somewhere else because we are a nice fun friendly and positive community where we respect each other. We come on here to relax, have a good time and help each other out.

If you come across ANY member attacking another member please let me know immediately and I will take serious action.

Attacking a new member will result in an immediate ban. Even telling them their thread is a repost or inappropriate is NOT allowed.

Thanks so much!! I have felt bad in the past when someone repeatedly tried to disprove almost every freebie I put up. I may be new to this site but that doesn't mean I was born yesterday!!

Thanks for being on top of this Boo-I read the brags for the info they provide so I can possibly make the same purchases. All of you out there, no matter if the brag/coupon/purchase is a big deal or a small deal, please keep on posting. They are fun to read and the large majority of us are right there with you couponing, saving and shopping til we drop!

I know I haven't been around much lately, because I'm now living south of the 49th, but I still tell people what a great community SC is, and how kind & friendly everyone is, even to the newbies who maybe don't know as much as the rest of us.
But you know what? We were ALL newbies, once. I think sometimes we forget that where the new folks are now, we stood there once, too.

(A big fat welcome to all the newbies!! And a big fat HIYA!! to everyone I've come to appreciate so much here, who I may not have said HI to in a while.)

... I actually JUST recommended (yesterday, in fact) this site to a few members of an American savings forum I just joined - and told them what a great, helpful bunch of folks we have hear.
I'd hate to think a bad apple would spoil that all-important first impression for a new visitor.

Thanks Boo. My peeve is when braggers are "told" they are using a coupon the wrong way. Could not have said it better myself Boo!! We are all hear to save money...so why act childish???? If someone posts something that they think it is a deal then it is a deal to them! Heck I did a $1 price reduction today and was pretty happy about that!

Times are tough and we all need to save as much $$ as we can!

I so agree. We are all here to have fun and save. I am a newbie and have had a lot of fantastic responses and everyone has been really friendly. I even have made a first new friend on SC (thanks Carlyincanada). Never been so welcome anywhere else. If any of you remember the movie Bambi think about what Thumper's mum said.. if you can't say anything nice.. don't say nothin' at all.
