    Oh yes, that part is soooo annoying and doesn't make sense. They already have our address from the settings page. I was trying to fill it out as fast as possible and my heart was pounding! LOL. On top of that, I hate those verification code things because half the time I can't even read what they say. So by the time I thought I figured it out and hit submit it just was kind of hanging. Pretty lame..

    I now have a feeling they are not going to send out any receipts and call this thing void. It was probably a *test run* with their new site.

    I understand your frustration but Swag bucks also makes you fill out your info every time too. I'm not sure if they have it on record but I think they might.

    The captcha code is there to stop people from using an automated program. So I'm glad they use it.

    My swagbucks brings me to the page to fill out my info but its already filled in.. i just have to click submit.?

    Today is a holiday, plus Lockerz was quite slow in the past in these matters. I would wait a few days or more at least before getting worried.

    I think she might have got me mixed up in the comments. I was saying I was irritated by it... but only because it's hard to read. If they made it more easy to read that would be great. I have good eye sight but there are others too that may have even more trouble because of that. I understand it's there to stop bots from being used.

    i didn't get to redeem last night, everytime i tried i was sent back to the main page. i have 550 points that are only going to be worth about a half of that now. i can't be the only one who couldn't redeem. well oficially fed up. not angry,upset but fed up with lockerz.

    Did they repeat that sentiment about the points going up recently? maybe they won't?

    Frankly, I think a lot of you guys will get offered $50 a month from now and not get your prize, and a small segment of you actually will receive what you redeemed for. But I am not physic and can't predict the future, just saying what I think is going to happen from the past occurrences
