I was wondering, when you redeem for products that have bonus points - do you still get the bonus points on those products?

If so, then the SImply Food would continue to be a great deal if you redeemed for it too - and get 20x the pts back on your SImply Food purchase.

No, you won't get the bonus points on simply food products.
You don't get the points when they are 5x, 20x...

You only get them if its a set amount like 500, ect..

Apparently not. I have a few transactions that did not get the points (2 Aveeno/ buy Pampers cruisers etc) and when I called HO, I was told because I purchased them during 20x event, I wouldn't get the product bonus points. Does that sound right or should I call back again?

A few months ago, I bought Greenworks laundry detergent during a bonus redemption, and I got the bonus points with it. 1000 pts I think it was.
Did you use the printable BP coupons? I think those don't qualify. Only the ones already set up in the system. HTH!

When redeeming points I have gotten the instore bonus points and the printable ones. Maybe we're not suppose to and thats why headoffice said no.
We're not suppose to be getting 40x on the simply food but we are!
I think you would've been better off speaking to a manager instore. They can add the points there too. But if its not that same week that you redeemed the points then I think you're out of luck.
