My DS is 10 and asked for a phone.....ummmm no! The hard part is his 2 best buds have parents who are divorced and they have cell phones so that the parent who they don't live with can contact them. So I told him would you rather have a phone or parents who live together. He then asked for a Pokemon game instead

I agree! If she wants zhu zhu pets, why not?! Beats having to shell out for a cell phone or expensive "brand name" clothes or make-up! *shrug*
