I got 2 envelopes and one box in the mail today!
The 2 envies were from fellow SC'ers... one has been thanked already and the other I am hoping will read this or my other post so I can say thank you and boost her trade rating! I cannot find the PM that corresponds with it!!!
Anyhow, I went down our street today and sure enough, people have thrown out their chocolate bar boxes without taking the Aeroplan PINS off of them! I got 11 of them in about ten minutes of work! Seven are worth 10 points and the rest are ten!
All of these are up for trade as I do not collect them, but might start if I find more this week! These are too easy to get!! The red box sticks right out and I didn't have to hunt for them either! They are nice and big so they stick right out at ya!
Oh and I got my lunch bag from the Freebie section (it's all in French but insulated so who cares!
This was a quick turnaround for that freebie!!!
TY to the two traders... LIZ where are you?????

Anyhow the Aeroplan miles are up for trade, pm if interested and make me an offer!
Here is everything:

There are D'Italiano coupons, Campbells Broth coupons, FPC's... you name it, I think I got it today!
More tonight hopefully! Must take flashlight with me to see in the dark, at least the red boxes I can grab and run and do not have to dig like the CT coupons!!This thread is currently associated with: AeroplanIs it baseball season yet?

Oh, good tip on the chocolate bar boxes! I live in a building so there won't be many (no trick or treaters), but i live in a fancy-schmancy house neighbourhood, and tomorrow night is recycling night!
i'm expecting a great mail day today too - brandsampler expected, old navy cheap coat expected, possibly my SPC card (which i finally realized i'm a moron not to have)....
woo!

I got 2 BS on Friday! Our mail lady is catching on to us I think, on Thursday she had one envelope from save.ca that had mom's name on it but my uncles address (other end of the street) in our mailbox and on Friday she had both BS elasticisized together, one for 2 and one for 4!!! She is saving me trouble chasing down mail for sure!
God it is fun to run to the mail to see what is in there that day!! Sure beats getting bills after bills after bills!!!!
I plan on figuring out which neighbourhood is which day... got all week to do it!!!! *LOL* Not like I work or nothing, this is a full time job in itself! See how many I can rack up during the week. I think these will be a lot easier then looking for flyers for sure! Daylight is best I think! You just have to be there before the trucks arrive!!! Early mornings maybe????
I will keep a tally going... so far there are 12 in my custody (dad bought another box tonight at WM! Half price!)!Is it baseball season yet?

so I have to ask. A ton of cities, towns etc are all slowly trading out the small recycling bins for the larger apt sized ones. In fact were getting ours this week. They will go out once monthly and you just dump all your recycling in. You guys aren't gonna go through those are you?

I have no idea what I will do if they change to those huge boxes. How the heck do people get a big bin like that to the curb?
I live in a smaller city so I figure we are safe for a while.
I found a few around my house today as well. I also got a gas card form. Someone had cut out the front of the package and then tossed out the back with the form. Silly people.

Thanks OP for sharing - nice finds! It is a full time job isn't it! Hee hee.
I live in a stacked townhouse... as you can imagine..we have the large blue recycle bins.. I am a bit of a midget.. so can you imagine what it looked like when I almost fell in (head first)
It was funny and I enjoyed it too.
