Love the site and all the perks..but some how I have been getting charges on my cell prone for just join some contest. Very tricky sites I will not fall for that again. any suggestion

That happened to me too the first week I was here(20 calls at $1 each whether you reply or not) and I got scam calls for a trip to Disney too. I was pretty peeved. For that reason I never enter any contests, order freebies or do any surveys.

I HAVE A PROBLEM!! I have been trying to get this issue resolved since DEC or earlier and I have emailed you personally BOO and also Amberlab who said she would email you. Other people also have had problems with this, when I start a new thread and then try to save it .. somehow during the save it deletes half of what I had just typed - and even if i go to edit something, it will make wierd spaces between what I just typed, its awful, I can't host a train and update it without it going all wierd in the thread.. can u please PLEASE fix this issue.. I also noticed this happen to sanrio today as well .. that he noticed things were missing after he saved it

Im going to post this .. a few times I want others to see this so if they have the problem some of the mods who are reading this thread will PLEASE see if its actually an issue to do with this site and not internet expolorer!? ... its so difficult as i said to start trains.. which is the MAIN reason.. i continue on this site!

there are some survey sites which are legit.. we should have an area I would think on here which allows us to post what is and isn't legit!

i would never give my cell number out anyways! even if it were legit!

This disapperaing text problem has been happening to me for a few weeks also. Mostly in posting brags. Very weird, as you say, complete sections of typing missing, jumbled, especially when it's a different color or font size.

I love this site, as is obvious by my insane addiction to it (I would seek help but I just can't leave my computer long enough!).

There are couple of things that I would love to see improved. First, like a lot of other people, the searching is sometimes a problem. I've searched a term and gotten no results then looked through the first few pages of a forum and found that exact term in a title. A tad frustrating.

The only other thing is a missing brag post win that I had in September that I'm still waiting to recieve, the $2.50 gift gc for posting that I requested at some point in the summer and the cashback issue. I do competely understand that these things take time, especially the cashback problem. I would like to have some communication about it though, more so the brag win and the gift gc because they were both so long ago and I've heard nothing about either.

As for the cashback problem, I don't even want to imagine the kind of work that's going to take to fix and a huge thanks to those that are tackling it.

I just wanted to bring up my earier post once again because I don't think it was seen due to the craziness that was yesterday.

I have seen some people getting responses for missing gifts from the $100 giveaways and updates about the baby contest, both of which happened after both of my missing prizes. I would just like an update. It's getting to be very frustrating.

I love this site.but the only problem I have is I hate that when I try and click on "Statistics" to look at someone's stats, it doesn't always work..I have to click over to the left first like on About ME tab, THEN click on the stats, because otherwise it closes (the little tab does)....

Have you tried clearing your cookies, cache or browser history and trying again? I can't think of anything else it may be.

I am not sure if this has been brought up yet but when I search to see if what I am going to post is a repost or not I get no results but then when I start a new thread lots of results that should have showed up with the forum search. Not sure why there is an inconsistency between the two. It is a bit annoying but nothing more

GIFTS UPDATE:

I guess I need to say this again: any gifts that are due through me, this includes baby-kid contest wins, SC's free gifts, boxing day flyers, top braggers and posters and anything else than anyone has previously sent a PM to me for, are on hold for now while I wait for funds. When I am able to fulfill your gift, I will contact you for any info I need.

I do have a few GCs here right now for the few people I was able to fulfill before Christmas. Magnets I can send out anytime (give me your address when you request it).

Two things that have bugged me:

1. "Prizes" taking so long to receive. I'm still waiting for a $10 gc from June 2009. I had no idea that it wouldn't be right away, as it's not stated anywhere that the system was that far behind. I didn't know that this was the norm until I pm'd. This system really needs premanent fixing.

2. Of course, not to beat a dead horse but still important, Cashabck. Still waiting for my payout since July 2009. Also, when asking about Cashback on the discussion forum, sarcastic or almost annoyed responses (not by Boo) were given, or the request for an update was completely ignored. Not something I'm looking for when it comes to dealing with my money. I don't like not being able to not have access to my money, and even worse, not having an up to date explanation of why I can't. Cashbank almost acts like a bank, and I would never carry on with a Bank after customer service like that. I'm still debating on if I'll use it in the future, as trust is a big issue with me.

Once these two items are taken care of, I will be a happy camper. This site most definatly offers great information, and most of the time, is a very welcoming environment. I do value all the deals and samples listed here, and just love reading of great sales or coupons that are posted. Thank you for these great aspects!
