The verdict = truly scrumptious
But I would still probably have baked it 10 minutes longer! That would be 80 minutes! Double the time the recipe calls for! It is baked at 325 degrees in a water bath, so 40 minutes seemed a little too short, but even after baking it for 30 minutes more, it was still a little to creamy for my liking. But neverless super good and extremely rich! A recipe to try if you are looking for a great finish to entertaining!

oh my word that looks amazing!!! one time I tried adding mini rolos to chocolate cheesecake I made and that was sure yummy! almost looks to amazing to eat tho right?? lol I am sure it tastes great!

To make Chocolate Covered Strawberries:
Grate 6 oz of chocolate, nuke in microwave for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until chocolate is shiny and dip away!
