Have you tried lip medex? it's by blistex and comes in a blue round tub, it's really good for winter chapped lips. Burt's bees lip balms are good too, more expensive though. I like lip balms too.

If I notice that the price rings in higher I pay for it then make sure the bar code matchs to the lower price then I go to Customer service and get my money back,at Walmart they have the SCOP policy right on the counters at CS and the sides of the tills and the entrance doors so yes they know about SCOP,and yes Walmart is very hard at times to deal with when useing coupons.

That's a great idea. I never SCOP ast Walmart, the cashiers never know what it is and it always causes a back up in the line. I never thought to just pay for it and then bring it to customer service, I'll definitely try that next time.

What is your ailment, chapped lips or something more serious? I put lipbalm, or vaseline on my lips at night and my lips are nice and soft in the morning.

I love Carmex lip balm. It smells pretty strong, but it really stays on the lips!

Good for you! I find that EVERY WM I go to they don't know how,don't understand,don't like dealing with coupons.... but if it's a good enough deal, I will try =)
