I went to the website and it says to recieve a free sample of any of the products under $5.00 to call customer service?have they changed the website?

For those not getting a sample, request a catalogue. I am on their mailing list and every time they send a catalogue and or once you are on their mailing list, they send a pen every so often. I got one yesterday just because I am on their mailing list. It will say the company name on it that you give them and your address not including your street.
