I never even thought of copying coupons! I just get excited when I find ones I want to use...I don't think about getting more.

That is terrible - I can't believe someone would go to that kind of effort to defraud a store out of a few dollars
2011 Coupons Used: $374.00
2010 Coupons Used: $2142.00

thats too bad. lately i've been trading for majesta coupons. i was able to get lots from a couple of different trades then taking using them at once. i wonder what my GT thinks now of this going on. i hope none of mine were copied. most of the ppl i trade with have good reps so i'm sure its not them. i dont understand why not use other addresses ie parents and friends. i do this and tell them if they dont want certain coupons to just pass it my way.
im sure we can slowly eliminate this. everyone check your coupons in trades and report whoever it is that sends you copied ones. that is if we all work together.

God, Why do people always have to push things? They are selfish and ruining the system for everyone who behaves!
I will have to check now. Thanks for the info!

Can't believe some people are such jerks to actually copy and then trade these scammed coupons to others! It's one thing to commit fraud yourself but to dupe others into committing fraud unknowingly is just lousy.
What would be good is if the coupons from SAVE.CA were like the ones from GOCoupons. Instead of printing them on sheets of paper having them printed like real manufacturer coupons would be better. Yes it would be more time consuming and cost more(though would save money lost to fraudulent coupons) but it would eliminate 99% of coupon fraud since people wouldn't likely be able to copy those coupons.
Since Save.ca coupons look so cheap to start off with it's not hard to imagine people making fake ones(they're a$$holes for doing so btw). I would rather have large size proper coupons than the ones that Save.ca prints out and mails out (they have such a large selection which is the only reason I order them--if GoCoupons had more of a selection I would order from them more often--never had a problem with any coupon from them!)

This is simply Pathetic. Takes some of he fun out of collecting and trading to have to check coupons under the microscope. Lets not let this incident get us down though.

It's very sad. For those of us who are new to coupon trading it makes me scared to trade ie someone along the line could copy my coupon and get me in trouble or I might get fakes in trade. it really ruins the joy of trading

I can't believe the audacity of some people, to go as far as making fake coupons.... really?!
I really hope save.ca will just change their coupons again, making it increasingly more difficult to reproduce them. I do believe that getting rid of these coupon sources will only result in loss of business for manufactures.
Has anyone in the Vancouver area recently had problems using their coupons b/c of this?

i have gotten some coupons from save.ca that look very fake, but the truth is, these were mailed to me directly from save.ca. the ink on the back of the coupon was fading, and there were some words missing. i try to use every coupon i order from them, but incidences like this make it very frustrating. i wish save.ca would switch to a new and better way of printing coupons, like putting on hologram seals or something similar to gocoupons.ca.

Sh$t, They already don't want to take save.ca at my IGA (but they do) after reading the coupon a few times and they will NEVER take printables. If this gets around they won't take any!
