If you were fortunate like me to get the FPC in the mail for the Vaseline Sheer Infusion you can do even better with 1000 bonus SDM points this week Saturday Jan 30 - Friday Feb 5, 2010. Too bad it wasn't bonus points week also.

I always do. They put it through at a 2001 I think and you pay the tax and you get points. I have got it on a Sense and spray in December.

My SDM keys in my FPCs as 2002. No bonus points for me, but also no tax. Can't win 'em all.
Add me on twitter and I'll add you back! Just mention you are from SC!

So i picked up my freebie at loblaws today and the lady charged me $1.01 for the taxes (selling at $ 7.76) .. I went to customer service and told them that I wanted my coupon back because my friend used the coupon elsewhere and didn't have to pay the tax, and I was also going to mention that if I had to pay the tax that I would rather get it at somewhere else where it is selling cheaper...

    She gave me $1.01 back

Is it worth it to have them key in 2001 so that you have to pay the tax, but you do get the 1000 pts? They are selling for $9.99 here at the SDM, so that would be $1.20 in tax. What is the $ value for 1000 pts?

If you're a PLUS member redeeming on Bonus redemption day at 75,000 level, the 1000 points is worth $3.08. (1000/65000*$200)
If you're not a PLUS member redeeming on Bonus redemption day at 75,000 level, the 1000 points is worth $2.67. (1000/75000*$200)

Btw, these are the Ontario amounts, where bonus redemption day equals $200. Out west, you'd get less, but I can't remember exactly how much it is.

I've never asked the cashier to key in a specific code though - I guess you'd have to have a decent relationship with the cashier to do it

In BC, and other provinces where you get $170 of free stuff for a 75,000 point redemption on Bonus Redemption Day:

If you're a PLUS member redeeming on Bonus redemption day at 75,000 level, the 1000 points is worth $2.61. (1000/65000*$170)
If you're not a PLUS member redeeming on Bonus redemption day at 75,000 level, the 1000 points is worth $2.27. (1000/75000*$170)

    Thanks for the template awongtse.
