I just called 1-800-shoppers. I waited maybe a minute to speak to young man. I told him that on Wed Dec 8 I bought 4 Instant Lottery Gift packs at $10 each. I told him that today I read on the SDM website that with a coupon you can get 500 points per $10 spent on Instant Lottery...... So I asked him ever so nicely.... please please could you give me the 2000 points.

He said.. as a one time good will gesture, he would give me the points. He read my file and saw what a SDM addict I am. I told him as well to add to the plea.

(Of course I had read about the 500 bonus points on this forum as well )

This made my day. Has anyone else experience a thrill like this. It doesn't take much to make my day....

You're lucky to get through the line so fast. The few times I called, I was put on hold for more than 30 mins!!
