I didn't get a 500 bonus for signing up, this is a recent thing they are doing. You are probably missing steps that is why you didn't get the bonus right away. Anyway..we should be talking about this in the superpoints thread..

since redemption is quite hard, it would really suck if i can't redemn and 12 months occurs..

I'm pretty sure that the launch will happen before you lose your points, unless you joined in June when it first started or whenever.
