I believe it probably depends of which sample you ordered. I don't know for the others but I ordered a sample of pen and got a pen. Maybe the people who asked for samples of the most expensive thing seemed suspicious, such as not potential customers but just freebie hunter, so they got nothing... Anyway just my guess, maybe everyone will get a pen soon

I ordered a pen from here, and forgot about it. And yesterday it came in the mail. How exciting, I usually never get any free samples and this one worked. Yah !!!!

i agree with someone who posted a while b4 about those not getting their samples. those who are not getting it either ordered something "big" and they think your just on the hunt for something free. i actually ordered just a few days ago and got mine really quick shipping. tho i dont know how some of you guys got it personalized O.o it didnt come personalized for me but it was still really great QUALITY. i lovved it

I order the 5 items and never received anything but their catalougue, so my friend ordered and she received the same as I did.

I don't think anyone ordered the pen that we all received.
Well I didn't anyways.

This is how it went for me:

Signed up for a new account and added all my information so they could send the samples.
Ordered a bunch of freebies on their site, did not order any pen(s).
Waited forever and never received anything.
One day I randomly get a pen that had my name/address on it.
Checked SC and it seemed everyone else got it too.

So what I think is they just created a ton of customized pens based on information that people gave when they signed up and shipped them all out as promotional items.
