Ahhhh yes. I was thinking that you had to spend the $50 to get it and so I had to do the 2 transactions. Well that and i was going to use dad's card for one and one on my card since there would be a mishmash of stuff split between us and there was no way to split the $50 both ways... if this makes sense let me know! *LOL*

Either way it is going to work out just fine I think. He is going tomorrow to get the food stuff that I thought I was going to get on Saturday but can't. Then I can grab the non food stuff on Saturday when I have time and he has to go to work. So we will both get 20X on our cards so that is good. Either way, chances are good that come bonus redemption time, we will end up merging points for something anyways!

This will be a big test for dad, he is being sent out with coupons and everything!!! He is learning though so I think he will be fine!

Not many places left that they legally gave to close grocery stores.
The other poster about square footage is right. Its up to the stores which areas they have to close. If you are in any area that is deemed a tourist destination the entire store will be open.

As for your other post....you don't have to do 20x on a 2nd card or another store. They don't care how many times you do it.

Well I just know that here in Brantford, all the food will be blocked off and unavailable for sale. It is true that other stores may be different, I just wanted to give people the heads up in case they got caught in that situation and were forced to miss out on it because of the technicality.

As for the 20X WUS $50, I realize that now, just had a brain errr cramp and thought it was per $50!! Still getting used to the promotions I guess!

All is good, dad is getting everything in one shot today so I can just stay home and chill tomorrow. Although I may still go and see what Christmas stuff is left... we'll see tomorrow!

It sure would be great to have bigger shopping carts. I filled 2 carts on Thursday for Bonus Redemption and 3 carts on Friday for 20X Points. Both times, though, the cashiers were great about safe-guarding my overflowing cart(s) while I filled a new one.
