L O L! You are proving you can do deals without LD! Honestly they seem great in BC in, Winnipeg they have gone down to allowing only two of an item and say they will be going to one and then none..I have started looking harder for deals at RCSS and shoppers..I was just talking to Jezzebelle and we were figuring out with shoppers deals like free giftcards wus $50,coupons,points,bonus points and mega redemptions it is actually better then free at LD!!
But there is a kick to getting hundreds of $$ free or just for the tax all at once!

I'm very excited to watch your progress and see everything you can get for $11. It can go A LOOOOONNNGGG WAY - especially with your amazing couponing skills
I'm so glad you posted in the Brag section - I haven't been to the Tea Room in a long time and had no idea about this thread or the details of your project. I'm VERY, VERY happy I do now"You must be the change you wish to see in the world." - Mahatma Gandhi

Wow you are doing great. I just started this couponing in Jan and have found some amazing deals and finally am getting out of my house other then for work. I realized after the 2nd time of going that I could also work all yr long and donate. I am going to sponsor a family for Christmas as well as make gift boxes for the elderly and try to give out at the end of Oct, early Nov. so they can see what they may have needed which is in the box and have the extra money towards Christmas.
WM had a fantastic sale on here last week, the pkg's with deoderant w/razor, or body wash w/razor were showing 4.47 but rang in at 2.50. I used the 2.00 razor coupon and got them for .50. With all the free deoderant for men and ladies (Gellette, Old Spice, Secret etc), the Pantene, Oley, Colgate, Crest, Dawne, Tide, Campbells and more products thus far, I am getting super excited and just want to get the will power to stop giving out my items as quick as I am. Rather save for larger donations for my final yr end goal. I think this is my practice and learn yr and next yr maybe I can run a week by week progress report as you are doing. I think it's good for advertisment of supporting all the different groups that can be helped out there. I look forward to seeing your weekly progress (and love how you survived the Bud Lightyear, could have gone bad trip and it turned out so well, you were all happy to repeat).
