Ok, so this time I checked the first page
....I didn't see these two coupons that I found in the frozen foods dep't at IGA today. I notice the writing for the first coupon is very difficult to read...does anyone have any pointers for me so that I can make it more clear when scanning?

Pizza Pops!!!
It's been a while since we had Pizza Pops coupons. Nice finds! Yup, they're new.
Re: the fine print. That can be a little tricky but it depends on how much work you want to do. I wouldn't make the actual coupon images too much bigger than they are or else they might distort the page. Like, if you end up having to scroll left and right to see the post(s).
You can also select a higher resolution of the original scan and also the upload to the remote image hosting website, if you're doing it that way. It takes a little more time, though.
If there is fine print that you really want to illustrate, what I do is make an extra scan of just the fine print. After my preview image of the scanned item comes up, I select just a portion of the preview image to be scanned by clicking and dragging on the image and I end up with a dotted line rectangle to "lasso" the part I want.
And if the fine print is very light in colour then I go even further by putting the image into my iphoto program and I adjust the contrast and exposure etc.
I think if you can just figure out how to select a portion of the image to make another scan of just that then you'll get what you want.

I found this odd coupon today at Soby's:
Save $1.00 when you buy any 2 campbell’s’ cooking products including condensed soups or broths ( 284ML) AND Ready to Use broths (900ml)
Discount automatically taken at register expires Aug 3/11
There is no retailer instructions for reimbursement on it.
There is no UPC.
It does not say use only at Soby's.
As I said it is an odd coupon I am not really sure if it will be accepted at other stores.

Chocolate Cheerios one is pretty sad I rescued it from a parking lot where it had been run over multiple times.

Nice coupon! I got one, too. In a trade.
About your image... it looks like you scanned the whole page of the scanning bed rather than just the coupon. If your scanner is like mine, it might give you a preview image first (on your computer screen). On that image, you might be able to click and drag and lasso just the area that you want to scan. You'll know you're doing it because you'll get a dotted outline of the area. It might take a little practice but it's really handy for getting better and faster results because then you don't scan and load way more than you have to.
There also might be an "auto crop" thing you can check off and it will automatically crop the preview image. It can be a little hit and miss, though as far as accuracy. Try the click and drag thing, it should work. Good luck.
