Expired1000 points is worth around $8 and if you are using coupons, an even better deal!
3 boxes of Fibre 1 bars (retail $3.49ish) gets you enough points for $5 off your groceries

Plus, to make the deal even "sweeter", there's a $1.00 coupon for Fibre 1 on save.ca. I just ordered mine so I hope it arrives on time to use it for this offer.
Thanks for posting!

Also kraft dinner 2 for 1.00 and royale double 8 roll 2 for 5.00. Using 2 1.00 coupons that is 3.00 for 16 double rolls. That works out to less than 1.00 for 5 rolls!

I don't see why not, they give base points before FPCs (its why I love Sobeys) and the cash register doesn't know what a coupon is for when entered
