I think you and I must shop at different SDM's cause I loathe the ones that I go to, also in Kitchener.

The SDM on Fairway is awful..but the one on Strasburg is the nicest. The people are friendly, the manager actually puts the clearance manager special stickers on things they want to sell.

They have checked stock in the upstairs for me without me asking and love my couponing. I live closer to Fairway and choose to go to Strasburg.

I am in Doon but my mother in law lives up by Fischer Hallman so I know Sunrise but I avoid there as I hate the plaza parking and congestion

We go there pretty often to hit up starbucks and quiznos, I used to work at the Old Navy there too, it's a pain getting there on the bus and agreed the parking is horrible, people don't know when to stop and go.
