Well, I just heard back from them. They said that I appeared to be using programs to run the SBTV. They said that this would be the final response from them. I emailed back anyway and explained that I don't use those programs and that I don't do SBTV everyday and haven't "maxed out" on SBTV in a long time, and asked for an explanation regarding how they decieded that I was using them.

Now the question is, how long do I wait for a response before I set up a new account?

Wow lots of deactivations. I don't understand if you don't do sbtv everyday and never max out what would make them think you use something? Are they just trying to get out of paying you? Did your wife get a reason why she got deactivated yet DaveP? Knock on wood nothing happens over here. I just cashed out for a bunch of GCs. Good luck to everyone.

Tried for Quads, but they closed the gate, seemed like it was only open for like 15 mins.
Completed another survey (4 Total today(30,60,60,33) and 334 so far today as well.

when did you contact them? my dh still hasn't heard back - he was deactivated 2 days ago. He also didn't do SBTV and when they were doing that cell phone/text verification - we each have our own phone so even that is different for our accounts.

I was deactivated this afternoon and emailed them right away..they got back to me after a few hours. Now of course I have emailed them again asking for further explanation, so for now I wait!

tsarinaerika and Dave P (wife of) - haven't been on SB most of the day and just checked in here - I hope you both get things cleared up - not right that SB can deactivate accounts without full and detailed explanations - really hope it works out for you all!!

I have read on Facebook that when others have set up new accounts without permission from Swagbucks that those accounts were deactivated. In my experience response time from Swagbucks varies and of course it is now the weekend.

I was deactivated this afternoon and emailed them right away..they got back to me after a few hours. Now of course I have emailed them again asking for further explanation, so for now I wait!

dh emailed the 15th and the 16th -no reply.... guess it will be a while. We only lost $5 and a few swagbucks but it still sucks.

Just got back from CNE , so far 1 search win for 8 , 1 PL survey for 30 , I am probably the only one on this planet today who didn't get to do the easy financial survey today
I was smart enough to leave the Task bar @94% last night (Ahem !! ) , so this and that ....and I am @ 74 , some Games and I'll be home free , not a big score but it'll do for today

Good luck to those of you who've had deactivations, if everything is on the up and up I've heard that they're good about reactivating people.
