DonnaG--the inbox surveys don't credit right away. I have done a number of them over the last few months and they have always credited. But I do make a note of them and save a couple of screenshots in case it is needed. I did one on Tuesday and it credited today. I read somewhere 3 business days--either in the note in the inbox or at the end or the survey. Seems to me I have had one or two take longer than the 3 days, some less.

Okay a little background. In the past, people used some system with an iframe to basically hijack swagbucks and automate searches etc. - some sort of bot. Swagbucks reworked their code to stop this exploit.

So something you may have installed recently - a new bookmarklet, a new toolbar, or watching videos in a browser video player in another tab likely uses an iframe and somehow it's tripping up Swagbucks.

Do you run an ad blocker for example?

#1. Here's what I would do next:

-log off your swag account
-close down everything
-reboot
-go to the swagbucks home page, login and search with the search box on the page

Let me know if that works ... I found others who had this problem but not resolution posted.

Logging out of swagbucks then rebooting seemed to do the trick. I've 1/2 dozen searches now with seemingly no problem. It might have been a website I visited that started the process...I alternately use our other laptop and it was doing the same thing last night...because neither computer has had anything installed. Thanks for the help, was at the pulling my hair out stage!
