Ad rewards are a US only thing I think.
Re. the captchas. There seem to be a lot more around lately. I had them for about 8-10 search wins straight perhaps a week ago. I am quite sure I did not miss any--unless of course their software hiccuped. Then they went away and now for my last couple of search wins yesterday and then today as well. It used to be that as long as you didn't miss one, you would just get the one and then it would be a long time til another one showed up. Now it seems they do a group of them.
I did have a captcha on SBTV a few days ago. I got it and it was just the one. At least on Swagbucks they are generally quite legible compared to the ones that I do on contest entry forms.

I'm similar with Captchas recently.
I was having Captchas on all my search wins for a few days, then it was off for a few days, now it's been back again for a few days. I have never missed a captcha. Thankfully at least my SBTV is captcha-free recently

So the spring madness is done and then are going to have another bonus earning later today? I am all swagled out. Somehow managed to get the goal every day but man it was pushing it this weekend.
Yesterday I was merrily watching SBTV and it decided that the videos I was watching should be blocked. What was up with that?

I found a new vid, called "Impossible Airfield" in SuperRewards. 2SB. It was down at the bottom of the first page for me. However, I watched it a few minutes ago and it has not yet credited.
