    I decided to catch up on homework today - so I drove to U.W.O. this morning, and knowing the library doesn't open until 10am, that gave me a little time to stop at the stores on my way to pick up the bargains.

    We've been freezing it, and then making smoothies - - skim milk and fat-free/sugar-free yogurt - - MMMMMMMMM

    yeep, i freeze yogurt, and take them out for smoothies. also, you can take them out the from freezer and let it thaw. it tastes the same, just looks a bit gross LOL

    WTG great job. I wouldnt want to let thawed yougurt sit too long though after its opened. You would want to make sure it's eaten pretty quick.
