I am a Mac user and was also unable to print the coupons. I sent them a message regarding the troubles I had earlier this week and someone just called me. I went through the entire process while talking to the nice lady on the phone and we both agreed that I did everything I was supposed to (they recommend Safari with Java, allowing pop ups...). She will have a technician check the issue and e-mail me the details, she will also send me all the coupons I was trying to print in the mail.

I had the same printing issues also. Also on a Mac. This was the reply from SCJ
"I wanted to follow-up with you to let you know Mac users may print our coupons using the Java Applet in the Safari browser.
Safari may be downloaded at no charge by visiting this URL: http://www.apple.com/safari
And instructions for enabling JavaScript on Safari can be found at http://dcm2.dll1.com/vigorate/<wbr>print_guide/index.html
I'm confident you will be able to print our online coupons using they links above. Enjoy!"
NONE of their fixes for MAC work BTW. The browser stalls or quits. Nothing gets generated in the cache files or spools up in the print que. I contacted them yet again and they said they will send me some coupons in the mail.
OP... THANK YOU for taking the tiime to be Apple friendly!!! Yours printed perfectly.Est. Friday December 31st, 2010

Thanks for posting!
But can anybody tell me in general which stores accept printed coupon? Because I encountered the problem before, and it was very disappointing.

I used 2 of the buy one get 1 oil candle holder/oils refill and 2 of the save $2 when you buy 2 glade products last night at Walmart. They took them fine. I did however have a problem with them wanting to take my Johnson and Johnson FPC for ANY free J&J product. I bought the gift basket one that they sell for $15.97 and they DID NOT want to allow me to do that. They said its for only 1 item. I said it is 1 item..it only has 1 barcode/SKU so therefore its 1 item. They argued with me about it for about 10 minutes then finally got a manager who said YES SHE IS RIGHT! Like ugh! LOL
