I posted this earlier in the thread and maybe that's what's happening to you:

I find it sometimes doesn't keep an accurate tally of your searches.. but, when you close out the browser and open it again and do a search, the amount jumps to where it should be. So, the searches you do are counting, it's just that the counter stalls for some reason.

It can take a while, this is from their site:

Q. How long will it take for the FREE reward miles I earn on searches to appear in my AIR MILES® account?
A. At the end of every month we calculate the number of FREE reward miles you earned on searches powered by Yahoo! They will appear in your account within 60 days.
