P&G 10x Bonus Points

I bought more than 22$ in Olay and Secret, but didn't get 10x the points strange!!!

But, I bought 3 Neutrogena lol, along with other stuffs, got 18500 points * 3 and will send the MIR next Monday!

I cannot see in flyer they have any 10x bonus for P&G products

I think the bonus points only for the p&g products shown on the flyer.

The SDM flyer (Ontario), page 5, states "get 10x the Shopper's OP when you spend $20 or more before taxes on these featured products"...for the Secret deo looks like the one you had to get was the roll-on and not the solid/gel. If you got the roll-on one I'd think you were entitled to the bonus points.
I wonder, if you used coupons might that have affected getting the points? (From various threads on here, I would think that you subtotal before taxes and before coupons is what you want to have at $20 or more but the finde print in flyer does state "points are issued according to net pretax purchase total after discounts and before taxes". Not sure if by discounts they mean sale prices if items are on sale or redemption of coupons.
You might want to check with the store for clarification though.

This does not have anything to do with coupons. It's 75$ BEFORE coupons, 20$ BEFORE COUPONS, etc, etc. If she didn't get the 10x it's because she probably didn't buy the exact products indicated in flyer.

That's what I figured based on all the posts re:SDM OP. Thanks for the clarification/correction

The reason (which I did not make clear) I suggested checking with the store was too verify if perhaps the OP hadn't purchased the eligible products for the 10x bonus points.

I didn't the points either. I spent well over $20.00 and didn't get ten times the points

I bought the Secret in the picture, the roll on, along with 4 Olay Body Wash, so the total is over 22$! Hmmm

Hmmmm strange you didn't get the points!! Maybe call the 1-800 to have them add manually?? I plan on shopping Monday & getting 12x Secret roll-on 2.99 - 4x $7wub3 & other things!
