    you can download any book, magazine, newspaper that the kobo store carries if you get the kobo you can also get books from the library.. you can't do that with kindle

    We bought my mother in law a reader last year.It was from Costco
    and she loves it. It too has a website full of books.

    We cannot recall the brand name of the reader but my mother in law travels a great deal and takes it with her, You can check Costco.ca They have a great deal of stuff there
    not in the store.
