Dropped by Zellers after work to exchange something and came across a few deals. Quick question....will a food bank accept the cereal if I cut out the coupons from the boxes? Also, I am still looking for the French versions of the games...any suggestions?

(2) Cereal PM 2.50 - 1.00 cpn - 10% SPC= 3.60
(2) Monopoly 8.97 - 2 (8.97) (cashier adjusted the coupon which is okay with me)= FREE
(4) Aveeno clearance 5.49 -extra 40% -4 (2.00) - 10% SPC = 4.66 (Didn't think I would get a chance to use the coupons and certainly wasn't willing to pay regular price for the product, but I LOVE Aveeno products!)
(2) Glade reg. 9.99 -B1G1 Free - MIR= FREE

Grr at your wonderful brag!!! It's not your fault but I am hating Zellers and Aveeno. Long story short my Zellers will not yellow sticker items they think they will sell..they yellow tag it as being clearance but not sticker it. So I went to another Zellers in my are and nope and the 3rd Zellers was closed.

So I bought the Aveeno at Shoppers because after smelling them all and falling in love I realized I deserve one dang it.

I am also hating Glade as they are nowhere at my Walmarts or Zellers

I can so understand your frustration. I had the same experience with the Physician's Formula cosmetics. Couldn't find the product with the yellow stickers until I hit the jackpot on the weekend. It is usually a hit and miss with the clearance stuff particularly at Zellers.

Wow - great finds! Yes, food banks will usually take cereal with cut boxes as long as the inside bag isn't punctured. You might phone and ask your local one just to be sure. I can't believe you found clearance Aveeno bodywash - lucky you! And good work using your MIR to get not one but two free candles.

Thank you for the feedback. I will give them a call. Aveeno on sale is rare, I couldn't pass up the deal! I still have one Glade B1G1 free and MIR to use. I will keep one candle and the rest will go to family (one is more than enough for us). Hope you get the chance to find the Aveeno!
