IT IS A GREAT COMPANY!! I started receiving the paper surveys in the mail YEARS ago and initially I thought it was bogus, but I filled it out anyways and a month or so later I received an envelope full of free samples (gum and shampoo), free pruduct coupons (gum, airwick freshener, glade) and tons of other high value coupons (i.e. recently I got a $7 coupon for Robax and an Arctic Gardens FPC).

I usually do their surveys online now (same long survey about household purchases they have been sending out for years) but am always soo grateful to receive the abundance of coupons afterwards!

i just filled out my 2011 survey last night, i can't wait to see which coupons i get this time...they were great last year

I also love this company however no matter how often I say I don't have a dishwasher they always send a sample of automatic dish soap and coupons. I just give these to work but other than that wow so really useful stuff they send out.

i have offically given up on them i've filled out thier surveys MANY times and gotten nothing back.. i filled out the last one online and not a thing from the company
