incase anyone has any hesitancy, I just want to reassure everyone that I've done a survey for heidihanson before and was compensated. the survey was enjoyable and she addressed any questions/concerns I had personally and personably.

nice to hear that.. She does respond but haven't been able to conduct the study yet.. Last email I got, she told me she was sick.. Guess it's up to me to follow it up..

I'm not entirely sure but I'm under the impression that she's running that market research co. more or less on her own so the efficiency could be all on her, resulting in a bit of a lull when she's out for a few days. hopefully it's nothing serious and the survey follows through after you follow-up!

I've done two surveys with her. one I was compensated for promptly and unexpectedly which was really nice, the second I responded to an e-mail to schedule a phone survey but never heard back, so I'd take the same approach as you and follow-up myself.
