I can't do pushups to save my life and the 'girl' pushups hurt my knees. LOL

I am having a bad week - didnt do too much lately.
Daily Status:
crunches 60/100....But!!! I did do 15 SIT-UP's, which are a whole 15 more than I could do before.
squats 50/100
pushups 15/50
I hate the winter blahs. <!-- GAL -->The average dog
is nicer
than the average person.

I did all of mine on the weekend, just haven't had time to be on here and update...traveling with work. Today would be the last day for crunches for me and Orv who started on the Monday, and tomorrow would make two weeks for the rest I will update totals this evening!

I didnt do anything the last couple of days - I think my flu left me lazy.
I will try to do some tonight, but I feel like I've dropped the ball since I havent done my exercises the last couple of days...The average dog
is nicer
