i'd think an apartment with a gym would be easier to find then one with a tennis court
i'd to make up if i was planning to leave the building but its very VERY rare that i come across someone in my building (12 suites, 6 on each floor)
kool ofcourse!! bring the kid in.. chuck in a couple of balls.. and there.. caged entertainment..she can't run off! When life hands you Edward Cullen...throw him back and demand Eric Northman....

oh haha I just remembered during the boom here that McDonalds would offer like 12-14.00 to start and incentives like pay babysitting costs or bus fees or what ever. lol some incentives were interesting to get people to work at certain places. Employers were desperate and some companies ended up paying for people from Mexico to come work for them and paid for rent too. but the people like that had to sign contracts that they would not work for someone else and if they would quit they had to go back to Mexico. anyways the boom went bust and the jobs got scarce and everything went downhill a bit.
