I made SEVEN trips to RCSS today for a total of $1052.48 but after all was said and done, I paid $202.01 in cash and received back 4x$25.00 in gift certificates for the "Spend 250.00 get a gift card promo" which knocks it down to $102.01. That's counting the sale prices....not what it would have cost if I had paid the regular price. Our RCSS is renovating so there is a lot on pink tagged and the store is a mess. I have ELEVEN SCOPs to take back tomorrow for a total of 61.22! Fifty bucks! That's what I paid!
I got a lot of what everyone else got today. Scrubbing Bubbles, Green Works, 50 packs of Stay Free, Covergirl, Tide, a million Ziploc, and I had a lot of FPCs but some of the other deals I got were:
18 Pedigree Dog Food 18x 6.08 - 18x 3.00 Manufacturer's coupons and 18 store coupons= .08 a piece!
6 Drano with the Save 5.00 WUB2. They were on clearance for 1.36 so I got paid!!!!!!!
24 Glade Plug Ins with the 2.00 off coupons. They were marked down to $2.04......04 each
12 of the new "Relaxing Moments" glade candles with the B1G1 and a .75 stack store coupon. .18 each!
There was a ton. Most of it will be donated. The only thing I purchased that I did not have a coupon for was a pack of cheese slices.
On a bad note, the very first cashier I hit was a young kid who for some reason, added all my coupons up on his cellphone and kept screwing up and having to start over. It held up the line for 45 minutes and I felt so bad for the people behind me(no one was in line when I got in line) and I couldn't even give them any coupons because they were all buying junk food! On the good side, for once, none of the cashiers gave me a hard time about any of my coupons even the FPCs.
The best deal of the day for me though was finding a brand new pair of Roller Derby Skates that I have been coveting and usually retail for 599.00 plus a brand new helmet and all the pads for $200.00. They are pretty and I can't wait to wear them at my next game!
I had everything hauled into my house for a picture but had to run to pick up my skates and by the time I came back, my husband had put it all away! He never puts anything away. WTH?This thread is currently associated with: Real Canadian Superstore RCSS
