Durham Region ON. Water Bill Problem

For those who live in the Regional Municipality of Durham
When you receive your TeleRead form for the water meeting reading.
It is better to call it in and speak to a real person, rather than the automated system.
Despite sending the information via the TeleRead prior to the due date.
I have found it not to be recorded, and have instead received "estimated"
amounts.
