I stopped in at LD to return my MIR Phys. Formula mascara so I could rebuy it with my $3 smartsource coupon and remembered a post about clearance refills for Bic Soliels at SDM so thought I'd take a look. I found 1 lonely guy with a $2.99 clearance tag, and well I couldn't just leave it there alone....

My SDM purchases:

Ph/ Formula mascara $13.97 - $3 - $13.97 rebate = 3.00 made
Bic Soliel refill cartridge $2.99 clearance - $4 = $1.01 made
Anabell Shadow $3 - $2 = $1

so after including my rebate i made $3.01 at SDM today

Well then I realized I didn't have an actual razor to use the cartridges on.... hmmm... wasn't there a post about clearance razors at WM... so off to walmart I go. I didn't find any Soliels but I did find a cash crop of Limited Ed. Fusion Razors hiding in the back on clearance for $4. I have save.ca coupons coming next week in the mail so it will be back to WM for free razors (and bodywash w/ the B1G1 coup).

Then I remembered seeing Soliels in the RCSS flyer for $5.99 and I thought well even if I have to pay 5.99 - $4 for the razor if I count the 1.01 for the refills that I made its only 98 cents SO off to RCSS I go.... Well the razors are on the shelf marked at 7.99, so I think hmmm.... maybe a SCOP in my future? Then I see one lonely guy tucked in there with a bonus 4pk cartridge. Well, I can't leave hime there all alone like that now can I. So up to the till I go and while unfortunately it didn't ring in at 7.99 for a scop it did ring in at 4.94 so all in all I got a razor and 2 4pk refill cartridges and I was paid 6 cents to take them.

On the down side Zellers wouldn't take my $1 Vileda glove coupons for the 99 cent sale gloves SO I took my coupons and their flyer and I'll PM it somewhere else.
