What is a crock pot liner? My DM is getting frustrated with her crock pot because the sides tend to stick/burn - would this help?

Another idea with Dollarama items (might be especially fun as a summer project for kids). With the exception of the chives, potting soil, and black garden mesh (which I put under the blue gravel to keep it from sinking into the soil) everything is from Dollarama - and most things gave us enough to do a second fairy/miniature garden. So for less than $20, and some DIY, you can make your own fairy/miniature garden!

Try googling for images of tractor cakes. I found a bunch of 2D (rather than those crazy-hard-to-make 3D cakes) tractor cakes that looked like they could mostly be done with sheet cake and some bowls to use as a guideline for cutting out the wheels if you don't have appropriately sized round pans. Donuts or cookies could work too, if you're making more of a 3D cake.

Or you could just make a sheet cake and decorate it with farm-themed toys, like a toy barn, a toy tractor, some cows and horses, etc. I'm sure you can find something there.

Wow that is such a good idea. I don't have kids but I am going to be passing this on to my aunt and cousin who work with the guides and run the children's program at their church. She's going to love this idea.

Luckbealady. I freakin love that garden idea, just hoping dh didn't use all of the planters he bought like that. so cute.

and yes they are liners you put IN the insert piece of your crockpot BEFORE you put food in it. one its cooked you can even VERY carefully lift it out and serve it in a dish. the pot is sparkling clean. !

I was in a Dollarama in Windsor, and they had some of, Lego Harry Potter Building The Magical World, books, for $3! They are $24.99 full price, and are going for $19.99 on Amazon right now. They come with a mini-fig, and all the ones I saw, had the mini-fig still attached. I paid full price for this last year for one my gang for a present, so I picked up another for the younger one who wants one.

Here is the amazon information on the book:
