The rise is from their trumped up prices
$3 water blasters broken
$1.25 foam/ plastic airplane yes wings are still foam broken
Waste of money for their profit if you ask me

I was gonna ask you all if you ever get dirty looks from staff or even customers, when taking pictures of items.

I am constantly taking pictures there because one of my friends, I always ask her, "Do you want anything from Dollarama?" because she is so busy, and as a student, dead broke, so sometimes she says yes to something like nail polish, and I have to photograph every single shade for her and wait for her to decide (then usually pick it up for her, my treat -- she treats me with her adorableness and great company, which is soooo worth $3 here and there) and the last time I went, one of the stocking staff side-eyed me really hard.

I gave her a BIG CHEEZY GRIN and that seemed to scare her off ... I didn't get asked to leave or anything, and she left me alone, so I'm chalking it up to one woman having a bad day at work (been there, girl) or maybe she figured I was a mystery shopper and frigged off to let me do my thing lest she be listed in my notes

My daughter always questions me when I take pics... must be embarrassing to a 13 yr old *muahaha*

Thanks for the ideas on uses for that bag, I knew someone would come up with something
