Went to Zellers on Sunday to get some of the Alfred Sung t-shirts advertised in the flyer. They were 1 for 8$ or 2 for 14$. I have trouble finding good quality ts that fit me so I bought 4. They rang at 8$ even after the cashier had finished the transaction. I was so baffled that she automatically mentioned scop ( qc only i think) that i did not pay attention to the rest she was doing. SO I got 1 t-shirt for free, 2 for 7$ each and 1 for 8... was not worth the gaz to go back for a 1$... still it was way less than I was willing to pay so I'm happy

Well, that last one she kept at $8 because it's technically like you didn't buy a second one to get the special..yeah, if that makes sense. xD

I was at Zellers today and they had Ziploc Freezer bags (30 count) above a price tag that said $3.29 but I self-scanned them and they rang up at $4.99. The label said "regular 30 count" but the product said "freezer, 30 count". I didn't want to bother with it b/c WM is still cheaper for me. But still, people pick up things sometimes based on what the price is listed for, and I'm sure about 75% at LEAST don't pay attention to the scanner OR their receipt. I never used to....

Agree, SCOP would put Zellers under. Prices there come up wrong all the time but one cashier that I choose whenever possible is very good. I tell her what it should be and she changes it without checking up on my info. Good think I am honest!
