Except that people don't normally know the SC names of the people they send to or got from

They should know who they got from, since the return address is on the envelope. Could we send the feedback to BCT, who post for the appropriate User Name? Or would that be awkward?

Another question.... if we have neutral or negative feedback to give, will the User Name of the giver show up?

I do have a question. Lets say that AJ (sorry hun, just using you as an example, lol) decides I didn't hold up my end of a trade because she never received her coupons from me. And even though I honestly sent them, we could not reach a compromise and she gives me a negative. Can I comment on that negative for others to see my side too? Like how you can comment on your feedback on ebay?

No you cannot comment on a feedback left for you - the options are to leave feedback for the person who left it for you (so I guess you could in turn give them negative) or report the feedback.

Yes you can see the user name of the person who left you negative feedback. Mean AJ!

And it subtracts 1 from your trade rating - I had a 1 but after AJ left me negative () I went down to 0

Works fine from my side too... as soon as a negative rating is given I get an email:

The system has determined that alajen has given a negative rating to Prue.
